Listing is free; engagements carry a 10% platform fee
MTC Group charges nothing to be listed. For each engagement a client starts with your firm through HealthData DueCare, your firm pays MTC Group a platform fee of 10% of the engagement fees, under the Firm Platform Agreement your firm signs before it receives its first request, and discloses that fee to the client in writing. Firms are shown alphabetically, never ranked, and the fee never affects order or placement. MTC Group reviews every rating clients give a listed firm, with its comment, and publishes it on HealthData DueCare, low or high, unless it holds patient or confidential information or a name, is abusive, is clearly false or not genuine, or is unrelated to the engagement (section 6 of the Firm Platform Agreement); MTC Group never withholds one for being negative, and a firm cannot delete, edit or suppress them. To be listed, a firm passes MTC Group's published vetting criteria (credentials, insurance, willingness to sign a business associate agreement, references) for each service, publishes its prices, and honors them. Items that expire, such as licenses and insurance, are re-verified.
